Cadence collects encounter performance data submitted via in-game QR codes. This includes character names, realm, class, role, and engagement metrics (APM, uptime, deaths, score) for each encounter.

Data is used to generate engagement scores, rankings, and player profiles. We aggregate and cross-reference submissions to improve accuracy and confidence in reported scores.

Encounter data is retained indefinitely to support historical rankings and profile timelines. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We do not sell or share individual player data with third parties. Aggregate statistics may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and profiles.
